Today It's O.K.

Its Ok Thursdays

Once again linking up for It's O.K. Thursday.

This week it's O.K. that...

...I put 2 Bounce sheets in the laundry and then sleep with one under my pillow also.  I love the smell so much.  The whole world needs to smell like Bounce.

...I spend more than 3 hours reading blogs.  That is ridiculous.  I need to get a life.  For real!  Pathetic much?!

...I don't know what a plum tomato or flank steak is and had to text my mom from the grocery store today to find both.  I never did find flank steak.  Does it have another name?

...I watched the entire season of Homeland in a week, but am now putting off watching the last episode because I don't want it to be over until fall.

...I want to slap Ben the Bachelor.  He's such a tool.  I've said it before, but it deserves repeating a bagillion times or more.  Kacie B. dodged the bullet on that one.  I hope she realizes that.

...I ate 2 bags of the most delicious Kettle Korn e.v.e.r. this weekend.  I blame it on the stress of soccer and the crazy yoga man on the sidelines.

...I'm dreaming of spending our tax return on those gorgeous wood floors I posted in my last post.   Wasted money or good choice?

...even though I'm supposed to be Gluten free, I bought a package of NEW peanut butter creme Oreos today at Ralph's.  Gluten free...almost.

...I read part of The Hunger Games and then gave it to D because I just couldn't get into it.  Hiding now!

...I stay up way too late every night and wake up waaaay too late every morning.  Must stop this!

...I'm seriously lacking on taking pictures lately.  Definitely need to get back on it!

In the meantime, I will leave you with this picture from our old house.  My two kitties were in the exact same position.  So cute!

  1. Cracking up--I just returned the kindle edition of The Hunger Games to the library because I couldn't get into it! There is one waiting on the shelf for me--but I think I need to realize I'm just not that into it and get over it. . .are you going to share more about the gluten free thing? I had some issues a while back--and still do from time to time--and I keep hearing about it but don't really know about it, you know? Dream big and get the floors--you won't regret it!

  2. I love the smell of Bounce too. I think flank steak is also called skirt steak. I usually have a hard time finding it at our store as well. We get ours at a mexican grocery now. I LOVE kettle corn!

  3. Bounce is my fav! I occasionally put it in my drawers and closet to make my clothes smell so fresh! Please buy the wood floors. Such an investment! I have been going to bed earlier lately. Just walk 2 miles before and I promise you will fall asleep super fast and relaxed!

  6. I spend about 3 hours every night reading blogs too. I'm just too addicted! I love my blog friends! :)

Ben is so ridiculous. At this point, I'm convinced him and Courtney belong together because they are both cray cray. Kacie is way too good for him!

Awww the kitties are so cute!

  7. Bounce sheets smell so good. My grandma used to do the same thing, leave them around the house to make things smell like Bounce. I read blogs a lot too. Well, I usually do. I've been absent for a while, but it's good to be back. Flank steak is hard to find. Skirt steak can be substituted but it is tougher. I've had the best luck finding flank steak at Sam's Club. You can also find it at Whole Foods but it's more expensive. I'm lacking on taking pictures too. Cute kitties! They look so comfy and cozy.

  9. Where did you look for flank steak? I've gotten it at both Ralph's and Vons. I did the same thing with The Hunger Games, not for me.
